Every year new graduates enter the workforce. Each career has its requirements. Some involve only basic knowledge and work experience. Others require practice and involve difficult and complicated environments where mistakes can be fatal. A specialized surgeon must practice on many cases. A firefighter must know how to solve problems before being tested in an emergency.

So how do these professionals hone their skills if they don’t use them regularly?

Virtual reality technology aims to create experiences as close to reality as possible. Osso VR is a training system that helps pass on knowledge about surgery for recent graduates or trainee doctors. Such operations are typically difficult to practice, requiring real patients with the specific symptoms. This technology can assist in performing surgery from anywhere, at any time, and without the need for real-world equipment or locations. It benefits the doctor and protects patients.

Flaim is a firefighter training system that prepares for real-world situations using VR. Flaim's system simulates situations such as high-rise buildings, expressways, airports, residential areas, and more than 40 other locations. The teaching style suits both the general public and firefighters to reduce the risk of fires. a variety of simulation models creates an understanding of firefighting procedures from general to specific situations.

Skill training systems with VR are very useful for highly dangerous situations that require great expertise. The main goal is to reduce risk as well as to create repetitive learning and practice outside the actual situation. VR training will help people practice skills in various fields.
