RISC provides Well-Being Consultancy and Green Building Certification Consultancy. Our expert team have qualifications such as WELL AP and Fitwel Ambassador. They can help you with international standards such as LEED AP BD+C, DGNB international, DGNB consultant, and TREES-A NC.
RISC provides consultancy on the WELL Building Standard and requirements for specific projects and buildings. The center brings you expertise and experience as Thailand’s and Southeast Asia’s first project certified “Gold” by the WELL Building Standard.

RISC was approved by the Revenue Department as a “Research and Development Technology and Innovation Provider (WOR 01)” from 17 April 2018.
We can therefore claim 200% tax deduction for research conducted for MQDC or other organizations or entities.

RISC Offers Well-Being Course Design Services
RISC offers course design and lectures for organizations to enhance expertise and improve Well-Being skills.
Organizations aiming for Well-Being are invited to join us in driving and enhancing Well-Being skills.
RISC designs courses and provides lectures that promote expertise and improve Well-Being skills, tailored to the interests and growth directions of organizations. This aims to equip the "organization's driving team" with knowledge to apply in their business and further develop to create Well-Being (For All Well-Being) for society and the country in the future.
Organizations aiming for Well-Being can choose and create courses that meet their objectives or have RISC design courses aligned with their direction.
The Well-Being courses are designed and lectured by RISC experts with real experience in creating Well-Being in various real estate projects. Organizations can choose or create their own courses to match their direction and needs from the following 10 topics:
