RISC has been awarded “Gold” certification in the Interior Project category, becoming the first building in Southeast Asia and Thailand to achieve this recognition since October 1, 2020. The WELL Building Standard was developed over seven years through extensive research in collaboration with medical professionals, scientists, and industry experts. RISC by MQDC underwent a thorough evaluation process, culminating in a final assessment conducted by Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), an independent organization responsible for certifying compliance with the WELL Building Standard.

Well-being Material Library
RISC is the first research center in Asia focused on the development of sustainable well-being, aiming to be a hub for research data and a global network of sustainability researchers. The facility is equipped with energy management systems and indoor air quality (IAQ) monitoring across all zones. Furthermore, RISC by MQDC is dedicated to researching resource efficiency in the real estate industry, establishing Thailand’s first Well-being Material Library. This library showcases over 500 environmentally friendly construction materials, complete with detailed information and samples.
