CampUs was created as a source of insight and inspiration and a place to rest and recharge when we’re weary.
Well-being Features
This space is designed with a focus on people, integrating well-being features across all areas of the project. Every space has been carefully considered to enhance quality of life.
The surrounding streets, sidewalks, curbs, and wheel stops are all made from recycled plastic waste.
Selection of plant species is done with care, choosing each plant to be grown with consideration for good health and safety of those within the various areas.
Plants with thick leaves and no sap to provide shade and reduce heat accumulation from sunlight in the parking area.
Dust-filtering and toxin-absorbing trees will be planted in areas with wind flow to help filter dust and pollution before entering the building.
Moisture-absorbing trees help to cool down the surrounding air temperature.
Noise-absorbing trees are planted in areas with road noise to filter sound with large and small foliage, reducing the reflection of disturbing noise before it enters the building.
Therapeutic trees: We plant fragrant and colorful flowering plants to create a sense of relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve mood.
CampUs saves energy in line with the “TREES-NC” criteria of the Thai Green Building Institute.
The building also won Thailand’s first “Platinum” rating under the WELL Building Standard for health and well-being from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).
CampUs is founded on 4 concepts: Live, Learn, Work, and Play.
In tune with DTGO culture, design focuses on Love, Integrity, and Harmony.
