COVID-Free Design

MQDC and RISC developed a "COVID-Free Design" strategy to stop germs accumulating. This policy aligns with the MQDC Well-Being Standard to protect residents in all MQDC projects and reduce infection risks.

1. Disinfection Zone: Sterile areas in homes can trap and inhibit the growth of microbes through items specified and designed to keep out germs.
2. Smart & Touchless: Reducing contact significantly decreases the spread of germs. Spaces apply innovations and technologies to minimize contact in various areas and activities.
3. Happy Working from Home: Individual living spaces are designed for hygienic work-from-home environments.
4. Management Protocol: Policies and practices are set up within the framework and requirements for preventing COVID-19.
