FAHSAI Mini

Fahsai mini

FAHSAI Mini is based on the principles of a wet scrubber used in industrial pollution control.

The hybrid automatic air purifier tower combines 800-watt solar panels with mains supply to reduce daytime electricity consumption. The design aims to achieve health and environmental sustainability goals, improving human well-being.

FAHSAI Mini is smaller than the 2 preceding models, making it easier to move and install. But it offers similar efficiency in removing PM2.5 and killing bacteria, fungi, and viruses.

The air purifier has been downsized to a height of 3.20 meters and a base width of 1.35 meters for easier installation. Two intake fans have a combined capacity of 60,000 m³/h, as do the 4 exhaust fans, to cover an area about half the size of a football field.

FAHSAI Mini draws air through its side walls into a cylindrical chamber. The air then passes through a dual-layer high-speed water spray system, creating a cyclonic pattern.

Combined with dust-trapping structures and increased water surface tension, this design enhances efficiency, capturing particles as small as 0.3 microns, smaller than PM2.5 and PM10.

The air is then sterilized using ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI) to ensure clean air output. Key features:

  1. Hybrid energy system: Uses 600-3,000 watts of electricity per hour, depending on daily dust levels.
  2. Water consumption: Uses only 50 liters of water per day, with a partial water recycling system that sterilizes water using ozone technology and filters it for reuse.
