WELL-BEING MATERIAL
We are researchers at RISC, specializing in discovering the best materials for application in construction projects to enhance quality of life, guided by our core philosophy, “For All Well-Being.”
Through expanding our research network and fostering partnerships with manufacturers and eco-conscious product designers, this library is poised for rapid growth. It will become one of the most comprehensive repositories of environmentally friendly materials available today.
Air-Purifying Plants
AIR PURIFYING PLANT
These plants are capable of trapping dust on their leaves and stems, capturing harmful pollutants and toxins in the air that pose health risks. They also produce oxygen, creating a fresher and cleaner atmosphere.

WELL-BEING BIODIVERSITY
Biodiversity is a key focus area integrated into our real estate development projects. At the Research & Innovation for Sustainability Center (RISC), we conduct ongoing studies on urban biodiversity and apply the findings directly to MQDC’s property developments.
This commitment has led to the creation of the world’s first biodiversity standard for real estate projects, which encompasses four key components:
- Pre-project biodiversity assessments,
- Tree preservation and the safe relocation of wildlife,
- Biodiversity-friendly design, and
- Post-construction biodiversity monitoring.
Furthermore, we are dedicated to sharing this knowledge with the public to encourage its adoption and to promote urban biodiversity conservation.
Air Quality Measurement
REAL TIME AIR-QUALITY
The Air Quality Index (AQI) provides an overall assessment of air quality based on six key pollutants:
- Particulate Matter (PM2.5)
- Particulate Matter (PM10)
- Ozone (O3)
- Carbon Monoxide (CO)
- Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2)
- Sulfur Dioxide (SO2)
