"Stress" affects our body and mind such as irritable or suffer headaches, muscle pain, palpitations, high blood pressure, gastritis, hives, or insomnia.
But you can reduce your stress by a simple change. Take up meditation. It can help you relax, reduce your blood pressure, slow your heart rate, and let you breathe easier. Your brain waves will also alter according to a study by Mengran Xu and a team at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. The study found that just 10 minutes of meditation each day will not only calm your heart and worries. It can also boost your concentration at work and enhance your performance.
