Assoc. Prof. Dr. Singh Intrachooto, Chief Sustainnovation Officer of RISC, spoke in “Masterclass on Sustainability Leadership” at Victor Club in Samyan Mitrtown.

Dr. Singh joined a panel discussion with Mr. Rajeev Peshawaria, CEO of Stewardship Asia Centre Singapore and President of Leadership Energy Consulting, on “Sustainable Sustainability: Why ESG is not enough”.

Business under the ESG concept mightn’t overcome future resource scarcity. The development of sustainable sustainability business should therefore be prioritized, starting with building business leadership, setting visions, policies, and operational plans.

Dr. Singh gave the example of RISC, researching to achieve “For All Well-Being” through 5 Research Hubs with real-world applications at The Forestias.

“Investment in research is an effective investment in long-term well-being,” said Dr. Singh.

“Creating true sustainability starts from seeing the importance of all life, rather than aiming for profit, to reduce environmental impact and create well-being along with further development of the city.”
