RISC, DT Design, and DTGO welcomed visitors from the Real Estate and Property Management Program of Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM), led by Mr. Phongthong Khamlert, Director of the Building and Property Management Office, with executives, lecturers, students to visit and learn at CampUs, a model office for creating happiness.

Mr. Peeraphan Homsuwan, SVP of DT Design and the main architect of DTGO CampUs, spoke on the "CampUs Development Concept" to promote sustainability and well-being in all dimensions under the concept of "FAMILY - ENVIRONMENT – CAMPUS".

CampUs cares for its users like family members, promoting a positive working environment, productivity, and good health. The design concept incorporates TREES-NC criteria for energy conservation and excellent health as well as the WELL Building Standard at Platinum level to promote a healthy workspace and sustainability.

Mr. Prakarn Charoenswat, SVP of DTGO, spoke on "Building Management Model for Sustainability, Technology, Innovation, and Quality of Life", focused on building management, establishing requirements and policies, engineering systems, and services that meet sustainability standards.

The Protocol team also discussed the history of DTGO CampUs to enhance well-being, learning, productivity, and lifestyles for DTGO members (FAMZ) under the concept of Live, Learn, Work, Play.
