14 February 2019, Bangkok – Tony Pettersson, Director of International Sales at Swegon, a Sweden-based leader in AC technology, gave a presentation at RISC on optimizing indoor environments.

Choosing the best system involves technological choices based on the use of the indoor space, he said.

For Bangkok, though, he underscored the benefits of rotary heat exchangers, which offer high efficiency and can recover energy from cooling.

He also illustrated the benefits of ‘smart’ controls, logging into his own office system in Stockholm to show how sensors save energy by ensuring systems only function when needed.
