17 September 2018, Bangkok – Research & Innovation for Sustainability Center (RISC), MQDC’s research arm, welcomed lecturers and postgraduate and undergraduate students from Thammasat University’s architecture faculty. The visitors to RISC’s headquarters at Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard (MRB) attended presentations from the center’s team. Ms Tiptaptim Bhumibhanit, Senior Sustainable Designer, spoke on RISC’s design guidelines based on the WELL Building Standard. Dr Sarigga Pongsuwan, AVP of RISC, presented on MQDC’s design guidelines for residential well-being. Students will use the knowledge with their project designs.
