MQDC works with the deliberation toward all being in the world, along with goals for sustainable development in our society. Thus, we are one of collaboration in “Advancing Partnership for Sustainability” in the ASEAN Summit 2019. We play an important role as a partner to emphasize sustainable development in Thailand to promote, to reflect the practical and solid concept by being one of sustainability idea according to MQDC core value.

MQDC is one part of “Advancing Partnership for Sustainability” of ASEAN Summit 2019 since the end of 2018 before the recent summit. We are honored to discuss with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand (the summit host from government sector) about how to hold the summit as the host of ASEAN from Thailand (ASEAN summit 2019). We worked in the concept and theme of the summit for an entire year, to reflect sustainability and eco-friendly concept through the summit as “Sustainability Meeting” or “Green Meeting” to reduce resource consumption, pollution, waste production, from planning the summit theme, selecting materials, reducing paper use, selecting recyclable souvenirs, healthy and sufficient catering, as well as selecting non-single-used containers in every type of meeting to save the world for an entire year. Moreover, we decided to minimize vinyl banner use for advertisement by creating digital banners.

On the grounds of this, MQDC and RISC promote sustainability concept and acquired vinyl banners from the 34th ASEAN summit in the middle of 2018 and all previous relevant meetings for the entire 2019 to add more value without wasting after the summit. They are designed and created to be document cases by adding value through upcycling process according to MQDC core value “For All well-being” to reflect the solid sustainability concept and bestow to the representative groups at the 35th ASEAN Summit on November 2-4, 2019.
