Visitors:

Visitor booking is for any group of people who want to gain our knowledge. Our knowledge sharing lectures are classified into 3 topics:

1. WELL Building Standard design: RISC is the only research center certified by WELL.
2. Eco materials study and research
3. Design for all well-being integrated with Intelligent System, to control each internal system in our center.

The time period for each lecture takes about 2 hours; the lecture session (about 45-60 minutes) and office tour session (about 30 minutes). Visitor groups can be students from any educational institute, real estate developers, architect, organizations or any staff members from various business or scientific branches, including anyone who interested. All session for a guest visit is complimentary.

Policy for visitor booking:

1. You need to fill all obligatory details in the booking form and select 3 different time slots which are not overlapped to other time schedules. After submitting the booking form, RISC admin will send the reply for booking approval/rejection after our considering within 3-5 business day.
2. After submitting your booking form, if approves, RISC admin will send the approval with only one selected time slot chosen by admin. If all 3-time slots are not available, we will send a rejection including a suggestion for another preferred time schedule.
3. If you want to change the time schedule or the date, please inform us to risc_admin@dtgo.com about the new time schedule within 3 business days before the reservation date so we will consider and find another available date and time schedule.
4. If you want to cancel your booking, please contact our office email risc_admin@dtgo.com within 3 business days before the reservation date. If the cancellation is sent after those days, the reservation date and time will be effective on the schedule.
5. RISC reserves the right, in any circumstances, to collect visitor group together as appropriate.
